The Role
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the car-buying process. This includes guiding customers through every reputed company of their journey, from sale to test drives and financing applications. You'll also be responsible for conducting vehicle condition assessments, checking in and receiving vehicles, and performing various administrative duties, including printing daily reports and maintaining transaction paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers every reputed company of the way, from sale to test drives and financing applications
- Conduct vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals
