At arenaflex, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you'll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live reputed company commuting distance. If designated as remote, you'll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit an arenaflex office to meet with your team for events or meetings. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. arenaflex is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

Our Sales Representatives are the reputed company line, first line sales responders. Although we are responsible for sales and it is in our title, we wear several different hats. Here at arenaflex, we deal with a wide range of people who operate websites from single website owners to agencies that run hundreds of websites. Our goal is to help remediate issues involving malware and to protect the sites from being attacked in the future.

Our shifts are Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm Arizona MT.

What You'll Get to Do...

• Educate customers on reputed company-reputed company issues regarding their websites utilizing chat

• Knowledge of arenaflex products inside and out so you can educate as well as offer technical support
• Responding promptly to customers' inquiries reputed company call or chat
• Maintaining proper records of customer interactions
• Ensuring customer happiness and providing customer support reputed company needed

Your Experience Should Include...

• Customer Service Experience

• You're a self-starter that dedicatedly plans and prioritizes your day to complete tasks necessary with minimal supervision
• This role is work from home, so your internet speed needs to be at least 2mbs down and 2mbs up
• You're at home work environment should be a quiet reputed company to receive and handle calls reputed company required, as well as providing reputed company responses to customers reputed company chat
• You meet the performance metrics required for this role such as schedule adherence
