Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, to help customers with their questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Researching and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions by using available resources
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues
- Following up with customers, reputed company necessary
- Documenting customer contacts, as required
- Developing a thorough understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-reputed company role
- Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment is preferred
- Previous work-from-home experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
- The ability to maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- The ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including reputed company Chrome, reputed company Service Cloud, Order Management System, reputed company, and Kronos
- The ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors
- Excellent keyboarding skills

- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Familiarity with arenaflex product lines is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus
Home Office Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work-from-home environment, you'll need:
- A broadband internet reputed company (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+)
- At least 4 GB of available RAM
- Data usage of 1024 GB (1 Terabyte)
- A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system (provided by arenaflex)
- A work atmosphere free from noise, including but not limited to; televisions, audio equipment, pets, children, etc.
Physical Requirements & Attendance
To reputed company the duties of a Customer Care Representative, you'll need:
- An acceptable level of hearing and vision
- Adherence to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Availability to work weekends and reputed company holidays except for Christmas Day
