As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
- Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
- Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
- Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
- Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
- Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
- Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
- Appropriately assessing risk reputed company business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputed company and safeguarding its clients and assets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 2-4 years of work experience in a reputed company role
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
Education
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.Training and Development
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to complete training on site at our Jacksonville, Florida location.
