Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist regional modeling for reputed company Ultrasound products and offerings aligning the CPQ strategy for reputed company USA Region
• Work with cross-functional global and regional team members to adopt and reputed company regionally the global product offerings, guided selling & configuration rules, offering changes, including managing change processes and synchronized implementation in IT platforms.
• Work horizontally with Ultrasound, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to reputed company, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).
• Assist setup/load/maintain technical, regulatory, and commercial rules and guidance in our quoting tool for offering identifiers and offering items and validating reputed company of them prior to release for use by sales for both subscription and non-subscription offerings.
• Create regional product part numbers, offering item creation and change requests in accordance with product engineering documents and orchestrated change process requirements.
• Setup/load/maintain pricing for offering items in the USA Pricelist.
• Assist in the quoting configuration aspects phase-in/out configuration orchestration.
• Create and maintain regional product specific PPD (Product pricing details) records in Apttus.
• Manage/Implement reputed company specific special access requests.
• Assist Regional Product Managers in answering quoting/Product questions from Sales.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or reputed company field equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and 3-5 years relevant work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude as a project team member in a commercial, technical, or operations environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating cross-functional project team members.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong working knowledge of the English language (oral and written).
• 2+ years of previous work experience with reputed company commercial & IT processes.
• Demonstrated technical skills with the ability to comprehend new computer-based tools/applications quickly.
• Previous experience working with one or more of the following: IT Platforms for Product Data Management (PDM), Commercial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Management (BPM) and Inquiry to Order (ITO) platforms (such as: GPM, Support Central, reputed company, Apttus, Siebel, etc.).
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and operationalize new processes, as well as navigate unfamiliar situations.
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively with global and cross-functional team members.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a global and functional level.
• Demonstrated experience with global product lifecycle management.
• 1+ year of experience working in a regulated business (such as: FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Self-starter, energizing, results and detail oriented, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive project design plans to completion.
• Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
