Job Description:

  • Development and implement the product and reputed company strategy for reputed company Casualty Lines of business

  • Creating and testing innovation and new data strategies
  • Partner with AVP Product & reputed company (Property Lines), AVP Product & reputed company (Financial Lines), key business leaders, and stakeholders/partners to proactively identify trends and opportunities, diagnose and strengthen reputed company Casualty Lines performance and share/incorporate best practices across teams. Maintain strong external knowledge and marketplace connectivity.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience reputed company P & C Specialty Lines; focus and expertise in product & reputed company for Casualty Lines strongly preferred
  • Leadership and direct team management experience, strong mentoring and coaching discipline and prior experience developing talent and building teams
  • Superior understanding of Product Management & Product Development, inclusive of policy form development and interaction with actuaries and reinsurers.

  • Ability to use data and analytics to understand and drive reputed company strategy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Strong project management, negotiation, influencing, legal and analytical skills
