Position Purpose
As an Associate Customer Experience Agent, you will provide reputed company-line operational and customer support to our administrators, agents, brokers, and policyholders. You will be responsible for responding to general inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that our insurance policies align with our customers' needs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide basic operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers, and policyholders
* Effectively communicate reputed company telephone, chat, or email with various internal or external channels
* Research and reputed company accurate answers to basic inquiries based on customer channel
* Communicate with the Lindbergh Insurance Group team to ensure proper handling of operational and customer inquiries
* reputed company accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Prepare quotes and bind coverage for arenaflex insurance products, ensuring alignment with the customer's needs
* Assist with other duties as needed
Education & Experience
* Typically requires a high school diploma; P&C license is preferred but will be required after initial training period
* 0+ years of reputed company experience for consideration
* Equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and reputed company reputed company dealing with internal and external customer channels
* Personal and/or commercial P&C insurance knowledge preferred
* Ability to provide excellent customer service support in a timely and friendly manner
* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
* Ability to follow procedures as outlined by management
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to reputed company quality work while meeting processing deadlines

Compensation Overview
The reputed company salary range for this position is $19.61 - $26.11. Please note that the reputed company salary is only one component of our robust total rewards package at arenaflex. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including geographic location, experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications/credentials, talent availability and specialization, as well as business needs.
