Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs
- Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Ascertaining the nature of the call and recording information in the appropriate system
- Providing answers to member questions by following standard policies and procedures
- Interacting in a positive, respectful manner and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers
- Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary
- Forwarding documentation to Research Team for follow-up if issue requires additional action
- Analyzing information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction with the Fitness programs
- Researching unique questions using reputed company available resources. Referring difficult issues to Supervisor for appropriate answers
- Handling reputed company issues requiring additional action reputed company the necessary timeframes
- Managing time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted in a timely manner
- Exercising strict confidentiality in reputed company matters relating to the member experience with the Fitness program
- Attending and participating in meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
- Responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic experience with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time
- Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions
- Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in reputed company matters
Work Environment
As a remote worker, you'll be working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This role requires a stable reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).
Mobility and Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time. Ability to speak, see, and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Ability to travel reputed company the facility. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

* Starting pay at $15/hour with potential of $16/hour reputed company the first year, plus merit
