About the Role

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers from reputed company walks of life and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

As a key member of reputed company, your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Organization and work prioritization skills

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:

• Internet Requirements:
