We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Homeowners, Liability, and Auto Claims Trainer to join reputed company. This position is crucial for ensuring our claims adjusters are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver exceptional service and reputed company accurate, timely claims decisions across our personal lines of business. The final job level and title will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Design and Content Development

  • Design, reputed company, and maintain comprehensive training programs, curriculum, and materials for new hire onboarding, continuing education, process changes, and system updates reputed company to Homeowners, Liability, and Auto claims.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of claims lifecycle, regulatory requirements, policy language interpretation, and claims best practices for personal lines insurance.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Instructional Design or dedicated training role, preferably reputed company the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits: Below is the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to reputed company. Budgeted Salary Range $82,000—$95,000 USD The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
