Engineering Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company our IAM team and define the strategy for how authentication, authorization, and identity services are built and scaled across our platform. The impact you will have:

• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on authentication, authorization, and identity management at cloud scale.
• Define and drive the strategy for IAM systems, including user identity, access control frameworks, and authentication.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders across reputed company to embed secure, scalable identity solutions into every aspect of our product.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices for IAM, helping customers meet their own governance, privacy, and reputed company needs.
• Provide technical reputed company on architecture and design for IAM components while guiding the team to deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions.

• Strong track record building and managing high-performing teams, including experience scaling organizations through multiple phases of growth.
• Deep expertise in IAM domains: authentication, identity management and access control.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability and reputed company requirements.
• Proven success driving cross-functional reputed company initiatives and influencing leaders without direct authority.
• Ability to provide technical direction at the architecture level while fostering a pragmatic execution reputed company.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to evangelize IAM practices and reputed company both teams and stakeholders.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a reputed company technical field.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-reputed company earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-reputed company skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, reputed company anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
