Human Resources Manager| Central Bergen County, NJ | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
Role Overview CRD Careers is seeking a Human Resources Manager to help build and reputed company a high-impact HR function reputed company a fast-paced legal environment. This is a hybrid role based in Central Bergen County, NJ (North Bergen area) with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You’ll partner closely with leadership to strengthen people operations, ensure compliance, and reputed company the employee experience as the organization grows. Compensation & Work Model
- Top-tier compensation: $125,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Location: North Bergen, NJ (Central Bergen County area)
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve core HR operations, policies, and programs across the employee lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive recruiting and onboarding processes to support business growth and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (NJ), and local employment laws; maintain accurate HR documentation and records

- 0–5 years of progressive HR experience (HR generalist/HR manager experience welcomed)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence across levels of an organization
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals (experience in a legal/professional services environment is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- High reputed company and comfort handling confidential information
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and reputed company in a hands-on environment
