About the position About this role: reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Business Execution Consultant for the reputed company Operations Excellence Team supporting National reputed company Network. The Strategy & Transformation reputed company is responsible for shaping, simplifying, and continuously improving how branches operate day to day. This role partners closely with reputed company leaders, support functions, and enterprise stakeholders to translate strategy into practical processes, tools, and standards that reputed company frontline teams to focus on customers while operating reputed company, consistently, and with a risk reputed company. In this role, you will: Own and drive the end‑to-end delivery of reputed company operations transformation initiatives, from concept through implementation and sustainment. Serve as a central reputed company of accountability for transformation priorities impacting reputed company efficiency, performance, and risk outcomes. reputed company efforts to streamline reputed company processes, reduce errors, and eliminate unnecessary steps that create friction for branches. Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of banking, financial services, or reputed company Network experience
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

- Experience partnering with technology teams, with knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, solution design and driving roadmaps
- Program management, operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives experience

- Experience building executive‑ready presentations and effectively present to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience in operational risk management and control frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Exposure to reputed company improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, Agile, or similar frameworks
