We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Leader to reputed company multiple engineering squads, support senior client stakeholders, and drive execution across reputed company, regulated financial systems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth, delivery ownership, and consulting experience. Role Overview This role is responsible for:

• Leading multiple engineering squads delivering large-scale financial platforms
• Owning technical delivery, architecture reputed company, and production stability
• Acting as the senior technology reputed company between reputed company and client leadership
• Driving execution under tight regulatory and business deadlines

This is not a PMO role and not a pure people-management position.You are expected to understand systems deeply, review designs, guide engineers, and reputed company in during reputed company delivery or production issues reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review system designs, integration patterns, and performance strategies.

• Serve as senior delivery partner to client product, technology, and operations leaders.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on technology experience in enterprise systems.

• Experience with:
• APIs and microservices
• Messaging and event-driven architectures
• High-volume transactional and batch systems
• Ability to read, review, and write code reputed company needed (not just manage teams).

Financial Services Domain (Must-Have)

• Prior experience in banking, fintech, trading, or capital markets platforms.

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and delivery tracks simultaneously.

• MBA or equivalent business leadership experience (preferred).
