Position Overview

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries reputed company chat, email, and phone, providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, and guiding members through arenaflex's features to ensure an optimal user experience. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Residency: Must be based in the United States.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or reputed company field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).

• Skills:
