Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in online conversations with customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building rapport with customers and turning conversations into leads that drive sales and reputed company growth

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and a reputed company of the state of Kansas
- Have a dedicated and quiet workspace with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements, including:
+ 8 GB of RAM + 64-bit Operating System + 8th reputed company reputed company Core (or equivalent)
- Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
