Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and efficient operations
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-reputed company hazards
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
- Scanning and processing baggage to ensure accurate routing to customer destinations

What You Need to Succeed

- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in English
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
