Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Estates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and helping them navigate their financial journeys. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will be guided by our core values of reputed company, compassion, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide personalized support to customers, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• At least 1 year of experience using reputed company Suite or reputed company Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Reliable private internet reputed company, with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and a maximum upload speed of 10 Mbps

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

• At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

• Reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied reputed company cellular data or hotspot
• A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
• Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
• ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5 Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements
