The Role
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries and create raving fans. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits:
* Competitive hourly reputed company of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days
