Job Summary

As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and welcoming store while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs

• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following reputed company state and local laws
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs
• Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds

• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
