Job Summary

As a reputed company-to-Perm Data Entry Operator with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately input data and provide exceptional customer service. With a flexible work schedule and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance and the freedom to manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Accurately input data with precision and efficiency, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality. - Customer Service: Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner. - Parts Locating: Assist in locating parts for ETAs, providing reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Email Correspondence: Manage email correspondence effectively, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Work Schedule: Work a standard schedule of 9 AM - 6 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8 AM - 2 PM (after training).
