THE OPPORTUNITY The reputed company Marketing Legal team is seeking a curious, talented and passionate lawyer to provide legal support to our growing cross-functional Marketing businesses, specifically across Games, Consumer Products and Experiences Marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Games, Consumer Products and Experiences businesses to provide legal support for the marketing and promotion activities of these emerging initiatives, including our newest initiative, reputed company House. This requires reputed company coordination and collaboration with multiple cross functional legal and business teams, including Games Legal, CPX Legal, Intellectual Property, Content Business and Legal Affairs, Labor, Policy, Privacy, Employment and Product Legal, among others. Responsibilities include: drafting and negotiating marketing, promotion, and production-reputed company agreements such as MSAs/SOWs, PSAs; conducting rights analysis; reviewing and advising on marketing campaigns and activations including risk assessment and clearances; creating/managing/updating templates; preparing promotional terms and conditions; drafting and negotiating other marketing reputed company agreements including participant releases, talent/influencer agreements, event/venue agreements, licensing and promotion agreements, etc.; and preparing memos and guidance documents and conducting trainings as necessary to help increase legal acumen across teams. This is a great opportunity for an attorney to impart, hone and reputed company specialized industry knowledge across a number of exciting reputed company initiatives. This lawyer will join our growing MACC Legal team (the Marketing Legal team is part of a larger Marketing, Advertising and Consumer Products and Experiences team). This role is based in Los Angeles, CA and reports into the Head of Marketing Legal UCAN. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, demonstrate great initiative, be flexible and open to supporting emerging initiatives, and be excited and inspired by the opportunity and reputed company Culture. reputed company’RE LOOKING FOR 7+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer, ideally including experience working in marketing and/or games, consumer products and/or live/experiences. Entertainment experience is also a plus. Ability to work autonomously and reliably reputed company tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
