The successful candidate will be responsible for helping start up an organization poised to reputed company and exceed profitability goals through proper risk selection and account management by utilizing data and analytics.

• Review new and renewal larger and more reputed company commercial insurance risks in the Small Business Transportation Program, working with Motor reputed company, General Liability, and Motor Truck Cargo coverages, forms, reputed company, and risk assessment
• Determine the accurate classification of business, policy contract forms, and risk pricing; review and act upon pertinent risk information such as loss control reports, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), loss runs, and financial statements.
• Executing risk assessment and pricing with appropriate authority and reviewing, advising, and approving other’s referrals.
• Responsible for book management of an assigned agency territory, including achieving predetermined premium goals and profitability objectives, conducting audits on agency business, effectively communicating the company reputed company philosophy, and assuring compliance with reputed company best practices.
• Cultivate effective agency relationships in collaboration with the Distribution team; conduct agency visits, communicate expectations, and reputed company recommendations for agency action(s) reputed company appropriate.
• Provide guidance to Associate Underwriters in technical reputed company matters, including, but not limited to, such procedures as coverages, cancellations, exclusions, endorsements, and non-renewal action.
• Assist in developing new products, coverage enhancements, and procedures that drive production and processing efficiency.
• Mentoring and coaching of new or less-reputed company team members.
• Learn and execute on Workers Compensation, Cyber Risk for future development.

• 5+ years of reputed company commercial auto (trucking preferred) reputed company experience
• CPCU designation preferred
• General Liability, Motor Truck Cargo and Workers Compensation experience desired
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders and customers
