Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy reputed company with company growth goals
• Own marketplace P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
• reputed company product listings, pricing, promotions, SEO, and conversion optimization across marketplaces
• reputed company paid marketplace advertising strategies (e.g., reputed company PPC), optimizing ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS
• Manage inventory forecasting, fulfillment strategies, and operational efficiency
• Analyze marketplace data, trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Build, reputed company and mentor the 3P marketplace team across reputed company, Walmart, reputed company, and emerging channels by setting clear ownership, KPIs, and SOPs; coaching best practices in catalog health, buy reputed company, pricing, and promotions; conducting regular performance reviews; and driving a high-accountability, data-driven culture reputed company with cross-functional growth goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and leadership teams
• Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and platform representatives

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce leadership roles
• A 4-Year Bachelors Degree
• Proven success scaling reputed company on major marketplaces (reputed company experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, analytics, and performance metrics
• Experience owning P&L and managing budgets
• Data-driven reputed company with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing remote teams is a plus
