Sr. Instructional Designer reputed company Metropolitan Area / Greater Minneapolis-reputed company Area Customer Experience – Instructional Design / Full Time / Hybrid As part of the Customer Experience team, the Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and delivering world-class educational content to our customers. In this role, you will partner with Implementation, reputed company, Technical Customer Care, Product Management, and Product Marketing to design innovative learning solutions that drive product adoption, customer retention and internal enablement efforts. Independently manage large scale projects from intake to delivery with minimal supervision. Experience in medical software training programs. You have experience leading large scale corporate education projects from intake to completion. You have experience with ensuring accessibility standards in videos and educational content. You are proficient in applying adult learning theories and instructional design models to create tailored learning content for internal and external audiences. You are a seasoned writer and reputed company capable of writing clear, engaging, and effective copy, instructional text, and scripts to different audiences. You are proficient using AI to reputed company content creation and designing learning curriculums including certification programs. You are well-versed in instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, and LMS administration. Advanced experience with enterprise LMS and knowledge reputed company platforms (Skilljar, Madcap, or similar). Advanced experience creating and managing video-based learning assets. The reputed company salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $80,000 - $90,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the reputed company core values.
