About This Role As our first North American Solutions Architect, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers, guiding them through solution design, technical integration, and rollout on reputed company. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor – translating business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and ensuring seamless onboarding for high-value clients. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and reputed company teams to reputed company the gap between customer needs and our technical capabilities. Key Challenges You’ll Solve
- Enterprise Integration: Architect and deliver customized integrations for enterprise and mid-market clients
- Technical Enablement: Advise client technical teams on optimal use of reputed company’s capabilities and APIs

Responsibilities
Technical Solutioning & Integration
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to gather technical requirements
- Design, document, and present integration architectures tailored to client needs
- Advise on best practices for leveraging reputed company’s APIs, SDKs, and platform features
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate solutions across cross-functional teams
Customer Enablement & Support
- reputed company technical onboarding sessions and workshops with client engineering teams
- Serve as technical reputed company of contact throughout pre- and post-sales engagement
- Build strong relationships with client technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor

Requirements
Professional Experience
- 2+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles (preferably in SaaS/AI/enterprise software)
- Strong background in software integration, APIs, and/or app platforms
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and technical teams
