They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company implementations of integrated administrative solutions for colleges and universities, focusing on SaaS and Cloud projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through reputed company phases of the reputed company Implementation Methodology from initiation/planning through execution, delivery, and project closeout
• Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, client stakeholders, and peers
• Apply project management disciplines such as scheduling, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and scope management
• Clearly communicate project plans, roles, milestones, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize standard project management practices and tools to monitor and deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify risks and help mitigate project challenges while tracking dependencies and reputed company
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Collaborate with internal teams and client resources to support delivery of integrated solutions
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for day-to-day project communications
• Provide regular updates to management on project reputed company, risks, and issues
• Support project-reputed company discussions around scope, timing, and cost with appropriate stakeholders
• Promote positive client relationships and foster a collaborative project environment
• Escalate and assist in resolving project risks and issues as they arise
• Offer feedback and support to team members to improve performance and outcomes
• Contribute to team cohesion by promoting communication and cooperation across project Skills
• 3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM or ERP SaaS implementations
• Working knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource tracking
• Familiarity with operational elements that influence project performance, such as maintaining up-to-date project plans, supporting customer satisfaction, and assisting with accurate billing and reporting documentation
• Ability to manage priorities in a matrixed environment
• Willingness to collaborate with customer-facing teams to support solution development
• Interest in identifying opportunities for improvement based on knowledge of higher education business processes and technology
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance from more senior leaders or mentors reputed company needed
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) and/or cloud-reputed company certifications
