As Hartford Funds continues to reputed company offshore data engineering talent to optimize costs and scale delivery, it is critical to establish a Senior ETL Developer role to ensure technical excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to corporate standards. This role will be hands-on, directly contributing to development while also collaborating with offshore resources to ensure standards. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms, along with a proactive reputed company for identifying and resolving data bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Responsibilities: Project Execution The senior ETL developer should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of data projects. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. reputed company and optimize data models for analytics and reporting. Stay reputed company with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to corporate standards. Collaboration & Advisory Partner with data operation engineer, system analysts, and data architect to design scalable data solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for data architecture, storage, and processing. Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or reputed company field 5+ years of experience in ETL development Experience managing offshore or distributed teams is strongly preferred Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Talend, reputed company, Informatica, custom Python scripts) Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., reputed company, Azure Synapse, Redshift) Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control (e.g., Git) Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Preferred Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation Familiarity with monitoring tools Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments Compensation The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
