Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Delivery

Enterprise Program & Project Management

Modernization, Integration & Technical Leadership

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, operational checkpoints, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of blended experience across Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, technical project management, and software development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale IT modernization programs, data transformation projects, and enterprise system deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, DevOps, ETL, analytics platforms, and application modernization.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint, reputed company, ODI, OAS, WebLogic, SQL/PLSQL, and reputed company enterprise technologies.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including OIM, RBAC, MFA/SSO, and compliance-driven reputed company processes.
