Summary: 

Account Managers serve as an important business contact for the client and are responsible for client reputed company and satisfaction.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

• Build Strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and to acquire new accounts by consistently providing reputed company, accurate, and courteous service.  

• Process New and Renewal business, endorsement requests, certificates of insurance and Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and relevance. 

• Correspond in a professional manner with insurance companies and clients to update, obtain or verify necessary information for account servicing. 

• Accurately answer client questions about their insurance coverages and needs. 

• Accurately answer insurance company reputed company questions about client accounts. 

• Assist with Claims processing reputed company applicable. 

• Assist with Marketing reputed company applicable.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• A reputed company Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred however reputed company is willing to assist with licensing for the right applicant. 

• A high school diploma, two years of college or two years experience in the insurance industry is preferred 

• Experience with reputed company Office products including Outlook, Word, reputed company and Teams 

• Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail. 

• Strong Time Management skills 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

• Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies. 

• Experience with Applied Epic agency management system

The typical reputed company pay range for this role reputed company is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. 

Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to reputed company pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
