You will help drive our insurance business transformation as we transition from a traditional IT model to a Tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission The Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant will shape and implement our internal Tech change strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency across Tech, reputed company and the larger reputed company organization. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and execution of change plans for various tech initiatives reputed company comprehensive change strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and objectives Identify stakeholders and establish strong relationships to reputed company support and buy-in for proposed changes Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and reputed company strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks Create and execute communication plans and content to reputed company employees informed about upcoming changes, rationale and potential impact Design and deliver learning programs and materials to reputed company employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new ways of working Monitor and track the reputed company of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change efforts and track outcomes Analyze feedback and lessons learned from previous change initiatives to continuously improve tech change processes and practices Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management, preferably in Tech or a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience driving initiatives tied to cultural or technology change Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Exceptional written and design skills Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and nurture relationships across reputed company levels of the organization Proven time and project management skills with experience managing projects spanning across multiple stakeholders Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration to drive projects reputed company Ability to analyze data to inform change recommendations Certified in Prosci is a plus Annual Salary $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
