Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy during a period of accelerated growth and private-equity partnership. The CFO will drive disciplined financial management, optimize capital structure, and ensure operational alignment with the company’s strategic and investor objectives. This individual will bring deep experience in debt and banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, board and lender reporting, and PE-style value creation planning. The CFO will be both a strategic partner and an operator — balancing precision in financial control with insight and influence at the leadership table. Core Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership

Qualifications
