• Ensure the recruiting processes are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs
• Support reputed company stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews and offers)
• Partner with colleagues, executive management, site leaders and the HR community to determine the reputed company and future recruiting needs
