THE ROLE: You are an Director, Client Partner (Paid Media) with 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing strategy, performance media, and go-to-market execution for brands. You bring deep expertise in cross-channel media leadership, budget governance, forecasting, and KPI accountability — with a strong track record of translating investment into measurable business outcomes such as signups, CPA efficiency, event attendance, recruitment growth, and qualified leads. You are both strategic and operational — manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and guide cross-functional pods spanning media, analytics, creative, operations, and project management. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

QUALIFICATIONS

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact.
