We're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join reputed company and own the full lifecycle of reputed company and reputed company Ads campaigns for a portfolio of multifamily property management clients — while also serving as their primary reputed company of contact, trusted advisor, and day-to-day resource. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It's reputed company hands-on paid media execution and high-touch client relationship management. Your clients will rely on you, and you'll take pride in that accountability. What You'll Do

Campaign Management & Execution Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across reputed company Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and reputed company Ads. You'll monitor spend pacing, maintain account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch, and optimize for key metrics including CPA and ROAS. Clean accounts, accurate tracking, and consistent execution are your standard. Client Ownership & Communication You are the primary reputed company of contact for your client portfolio — and this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought. You'll reputed company regular performance meetings, respond to client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, set clear expectations, and be the expert your clients count on. Strategy & Consulting You won't just execute campaigns — you'll help shape them. You'll reputed company and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative direction, and ensure every campaign reflects each client's reputed company leasing and occupancy goals. Reporting & Data Storytelling You'll translate campaign data into clear, compelling narratives. Monthly performance reports aren't just numbers — they tell the story of a client's ROI, reputed company wins, surface opportunities, and reinforce the value of the partnership. Process & Operational Excellence You'll work reputed company established playbooks, SOPs, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the portfolio. You'll log issues, document campaign changes, and provide feedback that helps improve workflows and reporting accuracy. What You Bring This role is a great fit if you have:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads and/or reputed company Ads — whether in a dedicated paid media role or as part of a broader marketing position
• Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
• Outstanding client-facing skills — you build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and never let things fall through the cracks
• A natural sense of accountability and ownership
• Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and communication
• Comfort working reputed company structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the multifamily / property management industry
• A background in a client-facing marketing role — account management, marketing coordinator, digital marketing specialist, etc.
• Familiarity with reputed company Ads Editor
