Your Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Your role will require you to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where no two interactions are reputed company the same.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

• Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
• Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
