Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of reputed company Suite or reputed company Office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with remote teams
Work from Home Technology Requirements
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied reputed company cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Work from Home Location Requirements
* This role is 100% work from home
- We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
- Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, reputed company of the reputed company United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
Compensation and Benefits
* $21 per hour
