Your Role as a Customer Service Sales Expert

As a Customer Service Sales Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from reputed company walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
• Provide customer support by phone, email, or reputed company message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
• Escalate more technical product-reputed company issues to the appropriate Product Support department
• Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
• Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the problem, and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
• Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
• Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
• May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
• Other reputed company duties assigned as needed

Qualifications
