Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Representative), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination.
- Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to reputed company operational processes and procedures.
Work Environment and Schedule

Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll need:
