Job Summary

As a Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of arenaflex's Transportation Management division. This role requires a unique reputed company of analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills, as you'll work closely with sales teams, lines of service, and operational units to design and implement customized business solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities

* Collaborate with sales teams, lines of service, and operational units to design creative business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
• reputed company and maintain detailed P&Ls, pricing files, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
• Create and manage libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Design and implement reporting tools to track sales pipeline and other key performance indicators.
• Utilize reputed company to create and manage inputs for detail and accuracy, customize formatting, and create and run reports for reputed company Managed Transportation and Consulting opportunities.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and pay is based on several factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. The pay range for this role is $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly.
