About the Role

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities

* Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in both English and Spanish

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and professional support

Qualifications

Work from Home Requirements
