Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our company every single day. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
