Advisor-FS Project Management

POSITION OVERVIEW: reputed company collaborative efforts in support of optimizing the facilities network, establishing robust lifecycle project management of reputed company network expansions, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• reputed company multiple programs or projects to ensure reputed company components and opportunities, etc. are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented

• Drive asset optimization leveraging data and ensuring results are delivered on-time and to specification for network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs
• reputed company vendor performance and accountability for adherence to contractual obligation, project completion to specification, and approved funding and reputed company improvement
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by proactively managing reputed company aspects of regulatory and internal compliance

• Participate in the development of facility capital, global expense long range outlooks, annual budget, and manage annually to fiscal plan

Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $126,660.00 per year Illinois Pay Ranges: Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, reputed company $71,480 - $112,939; Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $80,165 - $126,660 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus five (5) years reputed company project management or analytical experience in facility administration, construction, design, planning, real estate, or other reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes
• Strong presentation skills required to communicate strategies and solutions
• Excellent critical thinking, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience and ability to use reputed company Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize concepts or reputed company in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely across reputed company levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
