This position works under the RDO and manages and oversees the entire contract lifecycle. They also ensure compliance with contract terms, negotiating agreements, and mitigating risks. They are expected to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and is remote with occasional travel. Operational Excellence:

• Monitors contract performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions
• Identifies potential contract risks and supports issue resolution
• Interpret reputed company language contractual documents and identify key terms and conditions

Client Service:

• Manages contract reputed company-outs and resolves any remaining issues
• Provides guidance and interpretation of contract terms and conditions
