We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to partner with one of our clients who are a precision manufacturing company that delivers innovative thermostat, control, and machining solutions to OEMs and industrial customers.

Accountability

As Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to run ROI-positive paid campaigns and optimize performance through testing and iteration. You’ll align campaign messaging with audience needs, analyze performance trends, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to internal stakeholders. Here’s how you’ll reputed company an impact:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (reputed company Ads & reputed company) to drive qualified leads and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Set and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend reputed company with targets.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ad copy, visuals, and messaging with brand standards.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and dig into metrics to uncover trends and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

As Marketing Manager, your vertical expertise will be paid search and paid social campaigns, while your horizontal strengths will include analytics, creative alignment, and strategic messaging.

  • Language Skills: Professional reputed company in English, with strong writing and storytelling ability.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing paid advertising campaigns (reputed company Ads, reputed company), preferably in B2B or technical industries.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with ad platforms and analytics tools, and comfort interpreting data (including reputed company Analytics).
  • Analytical reputed company: Ability to track KPIs, run tests, analyze results, and iterate based on performance.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
