Responsibilities

- 8+ years progressive experience in content marketing and creative production in nonprofit and B2B environments with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end content strategy
- Demonstrated strength in creative thinking and narrative development, with the ability to identify compelling storytelling opportunities and shape cohesive narratives across channels and time
- Experience working on multiple brands, with the ability to quickly switch voice, strategy and priorities between brands and nonprofit and B2B audiences
- Experience managing direct reports, freelancers and agencies, with a track record of building strong, inclusive and high-performing teams
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to reputed company and execute multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
