Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records, including client information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Entering data and processing documents and records in a secure and efficient manner
- Assisting in the coordination of public health emergencies, including responding to disasters and special events
- Maintaining HIPAA standards reputed company to Privacy and reputed company
- Supervising, guiding, and/or instructing subordinate staff, as needed
- Performing a variety of administrative functions in support of the Decatur County Health Department
- May be assigned to assist in other counties in the district
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and bend and reputed company up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous employment with any state's Department of Public Health or a County Board of Health
- Completion of an associate degree in a reputed company field from an accredited college or university
- One or more years of supervisory experience
- Business Technology diploma or higher degree in Business Administration or reputed company field
- One or more years of experience performing reputed company office/administrative duties
- One or more years of experience using reputed company Office Suite + Office
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
