Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to reputed company daily goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and come up with creative solutions to customer issues
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales skills
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a strong desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
• Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of reputed company to store and retrieve materials or reputed company and remove signs
