Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 5+ years of leading a high performing sales team in service-based or Software-as-a-Service industry required.

- General trade skills understanding is a plus.
- Experience in a consultative, value-based, driven sales methodology.
- Ability to penetrate and sell to executive-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work proactively and act independently.

- The ability to work with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Please note this position is reputed company pay plus quarterly bonuses. reputed company pay will be between $125,000 - $160,000 based on experience. Commissions are expected to be between $40,000 - $48,000 annually based on the team meeting sales quotas.
