Job Specific Working Conditions: Part-Time YoungLives Coordinator in St. Vrain Valley YoungLives Coordinator Summary: The YoungLives coordinator serves, in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures established by mission leadership, to reputed company and sustain YoungLives ministries in the respective areas. Essential Duties: Spiritual Development — “Following Jesus” includes prayer and spiritual disciplines, fellowship, growth and health and church relationships. reputed company a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life including time for solitude, retreat, reputed company, prayer and a sincere commitment to understanding God’s Word. Assist in recruiting and training mentors, childcare and other volunteers to build leadership teams that reflect the community. Attend and be involved with area leadership as assigned. Assist in training committee, mentors, childcare and other volunteers how to work effectively in teams. Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners and camping to mentors, childcare and other volunteers. Train and reputed company a team of mentors, childcare and other volunteers in developing a yearly ministry strategy. Resource Development — “Fueling the ministry” includes events, major donor care, public relations (branding) and TDS team. reputed company financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices. Observe and learn principles to reputed company strategic relationships with key adults in the community, including: principals, pastors, parents, potential committee members and more as assigned by the area director. Direct Ministry — “Proclaiming and modeling” includes contact work, club, Campaigners and camp. Actively engage in reputed company three levels of contact work. reputed company a team to plan and implement a regular reputed company meeting with excellence. reputed company Campaigners meetings with excellence as assigned by the area director. reputed company a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy for YoungLives. Serve on a summer assignment at a reputed company camp each year. Ministry Support — “Taking care of business” includes accounting, administration, communication (internal), data management and strategic plan. Ensure that YoungLives health and safety policies are followed. Manage finances with stewardship, accountability and transparency using the mission-wide applications. Maintain accurate information on kids, leaders and donors for area records. Provide clear, reputed company, appropriate and professional communication to everyone involved in ministry. Set yearly strategic ministry plan and initiatives to reputed company every kid; review them on a regular basis. reputed company other duties as assigned and congruent with gifts, experience and area needs. Accept both short and long-term assignments of projects. Training: Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate. Core Training — phase one to be completed as a Staff Associate Attend YoungLives trainings as directed by the YoungLives regional and/or divisional coordinator. Participation in missionwide staff conference every four years. Participation in additional training or experiences if deemed necessary (e.g., more urban exposure; Taking Donors Seriously (TDS) training). Attend regional training as directed by the regional director. Pursue continuing educational opportunities including graduate degrees. Education: College degree preferred. Completion of training as determined by supervisor.
